The room was spacious and looked new, complete with a cozy sofa. The bed was super comfortable. 🛋️ My breakfast was awesome - I had tasty waffles, toast, and sausage. The staff was really friendly from the moment I arrived until I checked out.

Checking in was not as smooth as it should have been. Desk clerk made a mess of my bill by charging me the wrong rates. She didn't originally honor my Booked.net reservation as she said it didn't have my first name attached, only the initial x. Then she said that Booked.net only had me down for 1 night so she tried to charge me for extending my stay even though I booked 2 nights from the very beginning. I don't know who is to blame for the mix-up but the hotel blamed it on Booked.net. I think the original problem was Booked.net not putting my first name on the reservation and then she compounded it with her incompetence. I probably would use the hotel again. I probably will not use Booked.net again.

The rooms here are super modern and have everything you need, like a couch and toiletries. The setup is really cool 😎. Plus, the breakfast options are top-notch - waffles, toast, and sausage all hit the spot.

Excellent breakfasts, clean rooms, nice to have fresh fruit (apples, bananas, oranges) available at all times, great exercise room and pool.

The heating/AC system in the room was very loud and I called the front desk for a 6:45AM wake up call but got a 4:45AM wake up call :(

Comfortable hotel in a nice area, close to restaurants. Favourable location within a short walking distance to everything. Bru Burger Bar nearby is a great place to chill out. Comfy beds, satellite television, climate control, and a microwave oven. Good food for breakfast.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

There was no control of other guests. Wet children were running from the pool to the lobby soaking the floor and making it slippery. A large group of men were hanging out in my hall at 11 pm smoking and rough-housing. Just ridiculous that I had to put up with any of that.

Convenient location near downtown and attractions. Plus, rooms had nice toiletries! 🌟

There were no towels in the pool room, having towels in there would be a great thing so you don't have to go to the desk and get one everytime.
